How long does shipping take?
We visit the post office around 3-4 times a week. This ensures that your order gets to you in 1-5 days within Australia, depending on where you are.

 

How much is shipping within Australia?
Domestic orders above AUD $100 are shipped free of charge. For orders under AUD $100, shipping is at a flat fee of $10. There is also an express option available for a little more.

 

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do, express shipping is also available. Exact shipping rates are dependent on your destination. Rates are calculated at checkout. International orders over $400AUD are shipped free of charge. All import duties & taxes are payable by the recipient.

 

Do you offer returns & exchanges?
If you would like to exchange your order for a different size or item, please get in touch with the tracking number of the returned order within 5 business days after receiving your order. Items untagged, worn or washed will not be eligible for exchanges or returns.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Discounted items are not eligible for exchanges or returns. Our customer service email is contact@pseushi.com.

 

Failed Delivery
If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address or failure to collect from post office, an additional $12 will need to be charged additionally for redelivery.
